Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide you with information about jepimage.com, our products and stores, the campaigns that we support and the activities we undertake. In addition, you may be able to purchase products through the Site.
Colors
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Product Orders
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service.
Shipping
We are unable to accept orders for P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible for errors due to printing.
Payment
You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account. If we do not receive payment from your credit issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due to us. You shall also be responsible for any costs of collection of overdue payment.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Like many companies, we guarantee our products. However, it seems not enough to just guarantee verbally on our authenticity and parcel wrapping skill. Therefore, you will get a FULL refund from us and the postage fees (a maximum of RM6.00 per return for the postage fees) for the returning goods if you are facing below problems:
1. Damage parcel – Product is not useable such as broken / leakage.
2. Suspect the authenticity of our products. We believe business will go on only if you trust us, or else, we will cancel the order for you.
(We truly understand your concern and hope that you can consume our product confidently. To guarantee the safety of our customers, we only distribute authentic products from licensed authorise Sole Distributor or Manufacturer. Certain brands in our shop are provided by other principal that had register themselves under the Biro Pengawalan Farmaseutikal Kebangsaan (BPFK). Customer may refer to the principle for confirmation whether have they supply us the product for selling in our shop. For your information all cosmetic product are under the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984, all cosmetic products (unless specifically exempted by the Regulations) must be registered before they can be manufactured, distributed or imported in Malaysia. We hope the above information can answer your question so that you can consume our product in relieved. )
3. We send incorrect product that different from what you have order.
4. *Accidentally purchase a wrong product/quantity.(You may still return to us, but postage will be by yourself, might charge restocking fees)
jepimage.com will process refund to you after we have received the goods that you intend to return and all the required documents for refund have been submitted to us. Unlike other companies, they guarantee satisfaction within 7 days after you make your purchase. While we make it within 7days after you have received the goods.
*Item bought during promotional events (e.g. Clearance) will not be accepted for return and exchange.
Please follow below step to complete the task to claim refund.
Send your inquiry to admin@jepimage.com with title “order ID# wish to get refund”. Our customer service will reply and instruct you for next step. Post the parcel back to us as request. Wait for the refund.

We will take proper actions on all returned products and we will NEVER re-sell any opened products.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
